There are three slightly different jobs here, and each has its own tool.

You want to… Use
Make one new PDF from a few pages Extract PDF Pages
Cut a PDF into several separate files Split PDF
Keep the PDF but drop some pages Delete PDF Pages

Extract pages into one new PDF

  1. Open Extract PDF Pages and choose the PDF.
  2. Click the pages you want, or type ranges such as 1-3, 7.
  3. Download the new PDF. Pages keep their original quality and appear in the order you selected them.

Split a PDF into several files

  1. Open Split PDF.
  2. Enter ranges (for example 1-3, 4-10) or choose one file per page.
  3. Download a single PDF or a .zip with all the parts.

This is handy for a scanned batch of invoices: one file per invoice makes each easy to file and find.

Remove a few pages

Use Delete PDF Pages to drop blank pages, cover pages or appendices, and keep everything else.

All three tools run on your device, so confidential reports stay private. Save the result to your workstand and attach it to the project it belongs to.
